She said the vision of the Chief Justice of Pakistan prioritizes resolving issues faced by Bar Associations, particularly in underdeveloped and remote areas, to strengthen the justice delivery system. As part of this initiative, e-libraries and solar power systems are being provided to Bar Associations housed in judicial complexes across the province, she added.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chief Justice Aalia Neelum noted that the Lahore High Court has introduced several reforms by leveraging modern technology. She said new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for biometric verification in case filings have been approved and will be issued shortly. Emphasizing the role of the legal fraternity, she said lawyers\u2019 cooperation is vital to address the case backlog, implement reforms, and resolve issues faced by the bar.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">She further observed that litigants are the primary stakeholders in the judicial system and stressed the need to discourage the strike culture, keeping in view the hardships faced by the public.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Representatives of the Bar Associations appreciated the chief justice\u2019s initiatives and highlighted challenges confronting lawyers. Chief Justice Aalia Neelum assured them that addressing the concerns of Bar Associations\u2014especially those of women and young lawyers\u2014remains a top priority, with all available resources being mobilized.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting was attended by representatives from District Bar Associations of Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Jhang, Layyah, Lodhran, Hafizabad, and Wazirabad, as well as Tehsil Bar Associations of Bhera, Kharian, Kabirwala, and Gujar Khan.
