{"id":1161642,"date":"2026-02-12T19:27:41","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T14:27:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.app.com.pk\/?p=1161642"},"modified":"2026-02-12T19:27:41","modified_gmt":"2026-02-12T14:27:41","slug":"governor-kp-recommends-posthumous-civil-award-for-shaheed-aoun-abbas-in-letter-to-pm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.app.com.pk\/index.php\/2026\/02\/12\/governor-kp-recommends-posthumous-civil-award-for-shaheed-aoun-abbas-in-letter-to-pm\/","title":{"rendered":"Governor KP recommends posthumous civil award for Shaheed Aoun Abbas in letter to PM"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">PESHAWAR, Feb 12 (APP): Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has recommended a posthumous national civil award for Shaheed Aoun Abbas in recognition of his exceptional bravery and supreme sacrifice during the blast at Imam Bargah Khadijatul Kubra, Tarlai, Islamabad.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the Governor expressed deep condolences over the tragic incident in which several people lost their lives.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">He paid tribute to the courage of Shaheed Aoun Abbas, son of Ghulam Akbar and a resident of Tehsil and District Chakwal, who confronted the attacker during moments of terror and chaos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Governor said that while many sought safety, the brave young man chose to face the terrorist and apprehend him, preventing a far greater tragedy and saving countless innocent lives.
