Following successful negotiations between HR Committee Chairman Javed Anwar Mughal and the Municipal Labour Union, the union partially withdrew its strike call.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The meeting, chaired by Javed Anwar Mughal, was attended by former Member of the National Assembly Malik Shakeel Awan, RWMC Secretary Muhammad Farooq, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bilal Khawar, Municipal Labour Union Chairman Changez Bhatti and other members. After detailed deliberations, the committee unanimously approved the recommendations and referred them to the Board.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking to the media, Mughal said the proposals, including the long-standing demand for regularisation of workers, had been approved in accordance with the chief minister\u2019s instructions. He added that approval had also been granted for the honorarium already disbursed to workers.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">He thanked Federal Minister Hanif Abbasi, Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Tahira Aurangzeb, Sardar Muhammad Naseem Khan and MPA Raja Muhammad Hanif for their support and said the Board would continue to work alongside RWMC and the government for the welfare and progress of workers.
