ISLAMABAD, Feb 10 (APP): SADEQUAIN Foundation, in collaboration with IMARAT and Gallery 21, solemnly commemorated the 39th death anniversary of legendary artist Sadequain on Tuesday.<\/div>\n

The event was inaugurated by fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), CEO of IMARAT Shafiq Akbar, CEO of Gallery 21 Dr. Farrukh Seir, and Zohaib Chaudhary, representative of the SADEQUAIN Foundation.<\/div>\n

A major highlight of the commemoration was the screening of the groundbreaking documentary Raaz-e-Fun. The film compellingly explored Sadequain\u2019s profound impact on the artistic and intellectual landscape of Pakistan and beyond, shedding light on his philosophy, creative struggles, and revolutionary contributions to modern art. SADEQUAIN Foundation also showcased a significant selection of its scholarly and archival publications produced in the United States and Pakistan. Sadequain was a rare polymath\u2014a master painter, an innovative calligrapher, and a poet of exceptional depth. During his lifetime, he achieved recognition across all five continents, earning international acclaim and numerous institutional honors.
