{"id":1152327,"date":"2026-01-27T22:30:39","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T17:30:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.app.com.pk\/?p=1152327"},"modified":"2026-01-27T22:30:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T17:30:39","slug":"sc-reviews-proposal-for-secure-and-cost-effective-data-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.app.com.pk\/index.php\/2026\/01\/27\/sc-reviews-proposal-for-secure-and-cost-effective-data-centre\/","title":{"rendered":"SC reviews proposal for secure and cost-effective Data Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>ISLAMABAD, Jan 27 (APP):The Chief Justice of Pakistan has chaired a series of high-level consultative meetings to review and advance a proposal for establishing an enterprise-level Data Centre at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, aimed at strengthening judicial digitization and data security.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>According to an official statement, the proposed Data Centre is intended to provide a secure, scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective infrastructure to support the Court\u2019s growing digital operations, enhance data protection, and ensure the operational resilience of its information systems.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>During the initial phase, consultations were held with the Supreme Court\u2019s IT Directorate, which proposed the deployment of a Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solution as part of a modern and efficient technological framework.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Subsequently, detailed technical and policy-level discussions took place with the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) to evaluate internationally aligned, secure, and future-ready infrastructure options.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A separate consultative meeting was also held with the Managing Director of the National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) to further assess the technical feasibility, sustainability, and financial prudence of the proposed initiative.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It was agreed that a finalized proposal will be prepared for formal consideration and approval, marking a significant step toward modernizing the Supreme Court\u2019s digital infrastructure and strengthening judicial information security.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, Jan 27 (APP):The Chief Justice of Pakistan has chaired a series of high-level consultative meetings to review and advance a proposal for establishing an enterprise-level Data Centre at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, aimed at strengthening judicial digitization and data security.
