{"id":1145910,"date":"2026-01-14T17:43:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T12:43:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.app.com.pk\/?p=1145910"},"modified":"2026-01-14T17:43:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T12:43:09","slug":"wasa-directed-for-completing-millat-road-schemes-soon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.app.com.pk\/index.php\/2026\/01\/14\/wasa-directed-for-completing-millat-road-schemes-soon\/","title":{"rendered":"WASA directed for completing Millat Road schemes soon"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>FAISALABAD, Jan 14 (APP):Managing Director (MD) Water &amp; Sanitation Agency (WASA) Saqib Raza has directed<\/div>\n<div>officials to complete all ongoing development schemes on Millat Road by the end<\/div>\n<div>of January.<\/div>\n<div>WASA Chief along with Deputy Managing Director O&amp;M Usman Zia visited the sites of ongoing<\/div>\n<div>development schemes on Millat Road, Gulistan Disposal Station and adjoining areas to review progress.<\/div>\n<div>Directors Farhan Akram, Owais Jamal, Sanwal Malik, Nauman Noor and other officers were also present on the occasion.<\/div>\n<div>The MD stressed that desilting and rehabilitation of drains as well as the remaining construction work of Gulistan Disposal Station must be finalized without delay.<\/div>\n<div>He reviewed the pace of work and instructed that construction activities under both schemes should be completed in all circumstances by the last week of January.<\/div>\n<div>He also directed immediate completion of the outer boundary wall of Gulistan Disposal Station and early wrapping up of the remaining civil works.<\/div>\n<div>He instructed that after desilting of drain lines from Millat Road towards Jamia Chishtia Chowk, full rehabilitation of the drains should also be ensured.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FAISALABAD, Jan 14 (APP):Managing Director (MD) Water &amp; Sanitation Agency (WASA) Saqib Raza has directed officials to complete all ongoing development schemes on Millat Road by the end of January.
