ISLAMABAD, Jan 06 (APP):\u00a0Ambassador of Pakistan to\u00a0Turkiye\u00a0Dr. Yousaf Junaid, Tuesday,\u00a0highlighted\u00a0Pakistan\u2019s phenomenal economic stabilization, including improved currency stability and investor-friendly reforms by the current government.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While referring to the\u00a0investment opportunities in livestock, dairy, renewable\u00a0energy\u00a0and the housing sector, he\u00a0encouraged Turkish companies to explore medium- to long-term partnerships in Pakistan, taking advantage of these\u00a0opportunities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The ambassador was speaking at the launch of report titled \u2018Turkiye-Pakistan vision to enhance bilateral economic cooperation\u2019 which was held in Istanbul, in an event jointly organized by DE\u0130K and PwC Turkiye, a press release said. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The report highlighted Pakistan\u2019s growing market, young and educated workforce, and attractive incentives for foreign investors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by\u00a0Chairperson DE\u0130K\u00a0Turkiye\u2013Pakistan Business Council Atilla D. Yerlikaya, PwC\u00a0Tukiye\u00a0Regional Senior Partner Cenk Ulu, senior officials of Turkish multinational companies and members of the DE\u0130K\u00a0Turkiye\u2013Pakistan Business Council.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chairperson DE\u0130K\u00a0Turkiye\u2013Pakistan Business Council\u00a0Atilla Demir Yerlikaya highlighted the strong historical, fraternal ties between Pakistan and\u00a0Turkiye\u00a0and underscored Pakistan\u2019s friendly environment for Turkish investors.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He noted the successful presence and expansion of several Turkish companies in Pakistan.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PwC\u00a0Turkiye\u2019s\u00a0Regional Senior Partner\u00a0Cenk Ulu, together with his team, presented an overview of the report and highlighted the strong appetite for investment in Pakistan.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He noted that a growing number of Turkish\u00a0companies\u00a0had\u00a0approached PwC to seek comprehensive evaluations and explore potential investment opportunities in the country.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After the report\u00a0launch, a panel discussion was also held. The panelists including representatives from Anadolu Group,\u00a0Arcelik, and\u00a0Hitit\u00a0Group evaluated business and investment opportunities in Pakistan, shared positive experiences of operating in Pakistan, and praised the quality of Pakistani talent contributing to their operations both locally and internationally.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event reaffirmed the shared commitment of Pakistan and\u00a0Turkiye\u00a0to further strengthen bilateral trade and investment cooperation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
