Defense Ministry lawyer Khawaja Haris presented arguments. The bench includes Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Masrat Hilali, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the hearing, Justice Jamal Mandokhel said that the trial procedure in military courts should be satisfactory.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justice Masrat Hilali questioned whether an officer who has not heard the trial can give a verdict.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justice Jamal Mandokhel said that does this army officer have enough experience and expertise to even pronounce the death penalty?<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman said that the total number of accused in the May 9 incidents was around 5,000, and there is solid evidence of the presence of the 105 accused who were taken to the military courts for trial.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Additional Attorney General said that only three cases have been presented to the court, there are a total of 35 FIRs of May 9 and 5,000 accused.
