{"id":1139229,"date":"2026-01-01T10:52:03","date_gmt":"2026-01-01T05:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.app.com.pk\/?p=1139229"},"modified":"2026-01-01T10:52:03","modified_gmt":"2026-01-01T05:52:03","slug":"nepra-concludes-hearing-into-fca-for-nov-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/demo.app.com.pk\/index.php\/2026\/01\/01\/nepra-concludes-hearing-into-fca-for-nov-2\/","title":{"rendered":"NEPRA concludes hearing into FCA for Nov"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">ISLAMABAD, Jan 01 (APP):The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) concluded a public hearing into a petition filed by the Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA-G) on behalf of all power distribution companies (DISCOs) in power decrease under monthly fuel cost adjustment (FCA) for November.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The public hearing was presided over by the Chairman NEPRA and was attended by officials of CPPA-G, representatives of the business community, officials of the Ministry of Energy, journalists and general public, according to a NEPRA statement.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CPPA-G has sought 72 paisa per unit<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">reduction in the power tariff for November. If approved, this adjustment will only apply for one month.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The adjustment would be applicable to all DISCOs\u2019 consumers including K-Electric , except lifeline users, protected consumers, prepaid users, and electric vehicle charging stations.
